Hi,
This is just an update on the radio ministry of Calvary Chapel South Pacific.
We are full power FM covering Samoa, and low power FM in five locations in the Solomon Islands. We also have 100% satellite coverage in New Zealand with a growing FM presence. The Lord is bringing the increase. Blessed be the name of the Lord!
Every Blessing,
Brian Hughes

Galatians 6:2: Bear one another's burdens, as so fulfill the law of Christ.
I love the fact that while I commute to work I am able to receive a Bible lesson. I recently lost my mother after five years of being her primary caregiver. Each morning prior to my mother’s passing and with her worsening condition weighing heavy on my heart, your messages gave me a sense of peace and hope. Your radio broadcasts bring such comfort to my life. Thank you and God bless you!

Dear Pastor Skip:
As I write this letter I am looking at a book I treasure called, "How to Study the Bible and Enjoy It," with your name and photo as the author. It was given to me by Pastor Jesse Rich of Calvary Chapel Jinja, Uganda.
The book has helped me to learn how to study the Bible and understand it. It is now two years since I received this book and my life has not remained the same. It has cultivated my zeal to study the Bible and I have two hours daily for this purpose.
I'm writing to thank you so much for writing this wonderful book which has changed my life and that of my wife.
Yours faithfully,
Nyenga
Dear Pastor Skip:
Today is Thanksgiving Day, and I wanted to say thank you. I do indeed thank God for the blessing of the ministry from the church in Albuquerque. I thank God for letting us have podcasts. For, you see, I was recently dragged into this century with a gadget. It was a gift from my beautiful daughter. Pod and I are still new in our friendship, but the iTune store, podcasts and copying CDs I have down.
For the past couple of years my daily morning devotion has included working my way through the Bible, book by book, guided online by the daily chapters to be read. What a treasure trove I have uncovered! In the depths of the Old Testament, where I never would venture on my own, zing, a nugget that I have never seen before will shine through some silly, thought-consuming, earthly worry, restoring me anew.
With my new friend Pod, I have discovered the Bible at 30K. And what a time we are having! My Bible study has now a new spring of understanding. Thank you.
The latest discovery I have made just this morning - for I do believe in this little saying, "God gives blessings every day, it's up to us to notice" - I have found Lee Strobel. Interestingly enough, last week I checked out "The Case for Faith" from the local library. I knew nothing about this book or the author. This morning as I was getting my new dose of pod-casts, I saw Lee Strobel was a guest speaker in September! Oh my!
I do believe, Pastor Skip, that Jesus sends to us tools that we need every day. I truly do thank our Lord for this ministry.
Sincerely in His Grace,
Joyce
Resource Offer:
In Live Faithfully: A Study in the Book of James, Lenya Heitzig and Penny Rose examine the quality of faith in the lives of believers in terms of attitudes and actions. James encourages believers that our walk and our talk should match. Many times Christians sit under great teaching each week but what they learn about how to live practically as Christians doesn't always translate into their behavior. Live Faithfully is a highly interactive and intensely personal journey through the book of James.
Current Series:

The book of Genesis is rich with theology including creation, the fall of man, and justification by grace through faith. Genesis, the book of beginnings, provides foundational truths from which we can learn who God is and how He operates in the lives of His people.
In this study of Genesis, Pastor Skip Heitzig presents an in-depth examination and fresh perspective of familiar stories like the creation, Adam & Eve, Noah and the Flood, the call of Abraham, and Sodom and Gomorrah. This series offers solid information to equip believers with truth in today's battle against the lies of evolution, the basic goodness of man, and a "fairy tale" approach to the Bible.
